Each Starter Deck for HermitCraft Series 2 contains 42 cards. Click on "View Starter Deck Contents" on the Game Box product page for a popup of the contents of each individual Starter Deck type.

Note that Starter Decks only contain Standard cards, and do not contain any Holo cards.

However, both the Game Box and the Starter Deck Bundle contain 2 extra Booster Packs, and each Booster Pack contains 1 Holo Hermit guaranteed.

Signed Cards can be found randomly distributed between the Booster Packs, then inserted into the Booster Boxes. We are not selling individually signed cards again at this time.

Yes absolutely! Each Creator has explictly agreed to be a part of the Pack. We will never use a Creator's name and likeness without their permission.

HermitCraft TCG Alter Ego pre-orders are live from July 1 - July 31, 2024 and are estimated to ship in January of 2025.

Yes! You can change your shipping address as long as the pre-ordered products have not yet been shipped. Please fill out the form on the Contact page with:

• Your Order #
• Your updated address

And we will update this address on your behalf.

The cards are a standard 2.5" x 3.5" trading card size, with rounded corners.

Depending on the Product, you may have the option to select "Signed" or "Unsigned". Please select carefully!

No - Collector's Edition cards are printed in standard material only, not holographic.

The Speedrunner Pack cards are purely collectible. You can think of them kind of like baseball cards for Creators!

The HermitCraft TCG does have game mechanics. Full details on how to play are included in the Instructions with the Game Box.

The HermitCraft Collector's Edition cards are meant to be kept as collectibles, as they are permanently sealed into their Protective Slab.

The Jack Pack cards are purely collectible. Will you be able to collect them all?

Any pre-order can be cancelled for a 100% refund up to the point at which the order is shipped. This includes the period after the pre-order window closes, but before the product is shipped!

Keep in mind we are charged a fee for each refund so please do not place an order with the intent to refund, as it directly harms our business.

Finally, please note that after the products have shipped, no refunds or returns will be available or accepted. Refunds and Returns are not possible due to the nature of the randomized card packs.

No. Signed Cards that are sealed in individual slabs (Collector's Edition cards) will not be returning for the Series 2: Alter Ego release. We have no plans of releasing individual Collector's Edition cards again at this time.

No - all pre-orders are unlimited for the length of the pre-order window. Therefore, no need to rush to place your order!

Yes! All cards from S1 and S2 are compatible. Also, none of the cards are ‘required’ to play - you can play with all S1 cards, all S2, or some of both!

The extra cost for the Collector's Edition card is used for the additional shipping and handling needed for the Creator's to sign the cards.

At this time, we have no plans to print S1 cards again.
