How do I get help with my order?

Are these products officially licensed?
Yes absolutely! We will never use a Creator's name and likeness without their permission, and we have individually partnered with each Creator to help make these projects a reality.
What size are the cards?
The cards are a standard 2.5" x 3.5" trading card size, with rounded corners. They should fit in most standard TCG accessories such as sleeves, top loaders, and binders.
What is your Return/Refund policy?
Any pre-order can be cancelled for a 100% refund up to the point at which the order is shipped. This includes the period after the pre-order window closes, but before the product is shipped!
Keep in mind we are charged a fee for each refund so please do not place an order with the intent to refund, as it directly harms our business.
Finally, please note that after the products have shipped, no refunds or returns will be available or accepted. Refunds and Returns are not possible due to the nature of the randomized card packs.
Can I change my Shipping Addres?
Yes! You can change your shipping address as long as the pre-ordered products have not yet been shipped. Please fill out the form on the Contact page with:
- Your email address you used to place the order
- Your Order #
- Your updated address
And we will update this address on your behalf.
When will my pre-order ship?
For up to date pre-order ship dates, please refer to the original product page where you purchased the product.

Will there by any duty/import fees?
Depending on where you live, there may be an additional import duty fee. Any expenses associated with customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
What's in each HermitCraft TCG S2 Starter Deck?
Each Starter Deck for HermitCraft Series 2 contains 42 cards. Click on "View Starter Deck Contents" on the Game Box product page for a popup of the contents of each individual Starter Deck type.
Note that Starter Decks only contain Standard cards, and do not contain any Holo cards.
However, both the Game Box and the Starter Deck Bundle contain 2 extra Booster Packs, and each Booster Pack contains 1 Holo Hermit guaranteed.
When do Alter Ego Overstock orders ship?
All Overstock orders will be shipped within 2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to a tracking number when it is in the mail.
Are HermitCraft TCG Series 2 and Series 1 cards compatible?
Yes! All cards from S1 and S2 are compatible. Also, none of the cards are ‘required’ to play - you can play with all S1 cards, all S2, or some of both!
What's included in a deck of DocM77 Playing Cards?
The individual decks contain 57 unique cards.
- 13 Hearts Cards Ace through King
- 13 Clubs Cards Ace through King
- 13 Diamonds Cards Ace through King
- 13 Spades Cards Ace through King
- 4 Joker Cards
- 1 Signature Card signed by the GOAT himself
When Purchasing the Decks individually, you have the choice of colour which will be the colour of the backs of cards.
What's included in the 3 Deck Bundle of docm77 Playing Cards?
The 3 Deck Bundle contains one of each colour of deck available (Pink, Red & Blue) PLUS a custom Dealer Button!
What is the "Support A Creator" code at Checkout for MCCTCG?
The Support A Creator code is a way for you to support your favourite Creator! Think of this in a similar sense to the Fortnite Support-A-Creator program.

How can I get a Signed Card in MCC TCG?
Signed Cards can be found randomly distributed between the Booster Packs, then inserted into the Booster Boxes. There are no signed cards in Game Boxes.
Individual MCC TCG Collector's Edition cards will be available for some creators. Collector's Edition cards are estimated to be for sale in August 2025.
