CREO has the best customer service I've ever interacted with. I ordered a product early and had to change my address twice after I ordered. I was concerned, but Eric from their support team replied to me very quickly both times and made sure all my shipping information was correct. They went above and beyond to not only correct the intimation on my order, but also to communicate clearly with me about the changes that were made and how I can reach them if there are any further issues. If you're on the fence about ordering something from here because of bad experiences with similar companies, rest assured that CREO is different. You can trust they will do their best to give you a great customer experience.

I purchased a set of Cards for my daughters birthday and we have recently moved homes. I was not able to find a way to update the ship to address myself but I was able to contact someone in with the company to help. Eric L with support got back to me within just a couple of hours and was able to get our address updated so she did not miss out on her present. Just wanted to thank Eric for getting it updated and then checking with me that all is good.

Amazing, would recommend 10/10

A few days after placing a preorder, I realized my order was for the wrong item (wrong team colors in the game box). I contacted support to ask for a swap, and the next day they were able to swap it out for the one I wanted. I received a new confirmation email and everything was at the cost I originally paid (there was a discount at the time of purchase). Customer support was friendly and hassle free.

Had a question that I needed to know before preordering Zedaph's coin, and the response was very quick and informative. It's a breath of fresh air being able to ask a question without having to go through menu after menu just to find that you're talking to a bot, so I was really happy that I was able to get through to someone who clearly takes pride in the company and wanting to give customer satisfaction. Thank you very much!

If I'm being honest, I don't understand the game, the cards or any of it really. Mainly because I'm a 52 year old man so there's that. But my daughter on the other hand LOVES these. And I've checked them when she got the first order and they are a high quality product.

But what really sets them apart is the customer service. These guys MULTIPLE TIMES have gone above and beyond to help solve issues (issues that were my fault and they still helped resolve them), they helped when I had an address change with a pre-order sitting out there. In a time where customer service is a lost art, these guys are as good as it gets and if my daughter likes them, I'll continue to happily be a paying customer.
