My initial purchase during the original run was great (a medium booster box). I was given the opportunity to be a part of the overstock sale which I did (purchasing a large booster box). Due to issues with the couriers my initial order was sent to the wrong address, however the Creo team was exceptionally helpful in helping me solve the issue. Many thanks to the entire team.

I had an issue with my cards being stolen and they immediately responded and helped get the stolen cards replayed. Amazing costumer service and was very excited when I finally got the cards

I bought 4 JackPacks on 3 different occasions. The first 3 arrived no problem but the 4th one arrived when I wasn’t in. The mail service said they would deliver the next day but never did and I thought I wouldn’t receive it. With help to Eric I managed to revive it and I think if he didn’t reach out to me to check if my address was correct I would have came to the conclusion that my package was lost. The creo cards have the best quality and excited for my MCC cards to arrive in June!

There was an issue with my Zedaph coin, and as soon as they reviewed the pictures, they were able to help me. Eric Lamont is who I spoke to, and they were so easy to work with.

There were some issues with my package and I sadly could not sort it out on my own with the delivery service. So I ended up messaging CREO. The customer support was really helpful, kind and patient. They had even actually read my complaint I send in through their forum before responding to me! Which came as a big surprise from having dealt with other customer supports. This means that the person knew immediately what my problem was and what I was dealing with.

In the end, we got the problem all sorted out, and I had a genuinely good experience with their customer support.
