I asked CREO if one of my orders could be shipped out separately, so it would arrive sooner than my other orders, and they did! They were very kind, helpful and kept me updated on my order! :)

Love the cards I received. However, I also want to give a shout out to the customer service team. When there was an issue with my cards being shipped, they handled it quickly and professionally. They made sure I was awars of every step as they fixed the issue. 100% recommend them. They are fantastic.

At first, my order wasn't shipped out for quite a while, but after contacting support, it turned out there'd been a system error. The support was very dedicated in keeping me updated and informed me of every new change personally.

My purchase was sent back to CREO as I was away from home for an extended period. CREO maintained a constant line of communication and were able to send my purchase to me months after I thought I had lost any chance of receiving it. I am truly thankful for their efforts and transparency, with regular updates throughtout the process. I don't like online shopping, but I trust CREO and won't hesitate to support them in the future.
