Since my order went through shopify for delivery, it used a really old address as i hadn't ordered through shopify in a long time. I sent Creo an email about it, it took about a day to respond, but it was a really easy process. No numbers to call, no links that dont work, no logins with forgotten passwords... just a guy (Eric Lamont) who made the changes and asks you to review them. 10/10 recommend, very smooth process.

Big shoutout to Eric for all the help in my weird request(s) and for making things happen. All emails were replied to, communication was clear and consistent, and any and all questions or issues I had were resolved quickly and completely. Big fan of this company and Eric helped solidify that in a huge way. Thank you!
