they were so patient and understanding with me. i had some issues with shipping but they were able to help me get it all sorted out, and my cards arrived in perfect condition. they’re super high quality too, and i displayed my favorite one in my phone case. highly recommend!

I was informed that my package was being returned because the courier said my "addresses is not valid". That felt suspicious because this was the 2nd time I was ordering. I haven't changed my residence so what was the problem?

It was a great customer experience with CreoCards, I ordered a JackPack for my son, and I needed some help with overseas delivery, and the team of CreoCards was most helpful and assisted me along the way. My son was really super happy with the product!!

The cards look gorgeous and so does the deck box. Costumer service is also phenomenal. Canada Post screwed up my delivery and Creo customer service helped me until it was safely delivered yesterday. They were diligent and kept me updated on the whole situation.

I ordered from the hermit craft alter ego TCG pack collection. The quality itself is fantastic, the artwork is just beautiful and I got a large range of different cards including a lot of full arts.
Alongside the fantastic quality the customer service is also incredible. There was some issues with my cards getting to me due to a mistake I believe I made when inputting my address and the CREO team was incredibly communitive and worked hard to help me out!
10/10, I will likely find myself ordering from here again. If your thinking about it, it is 100% worth it.

As always, ordering from CREO was a delightful process. Even when the cards got stuck in customs, they were extremely kind and helpful. The cards look amazing as well! I very much enjoyed opening them and look forward to trading.

So I recently ordered 2 sets of the cards from docm77, and I did it the day I moved from Michigan to Iowa and put in the wrong address and they were very helpful with correcting the issue. And to say again the issue was my fault and had nothing to do with the company. Will definitely be ordering from them again. 10 out of 10 for service and response time. Thanks
