We are so excited and anxiously anticipating the arrival of this new MCC TCG Sky Battle game! There was a little confusion with our shipping address, and the team here reached out to us and was able to confirm the correct address. The care and accuracy and professionalism was/is amazing from Creo! Keep up the great work everyone! You're doing fantastic!

I had some confusion surrounding my delivery address as I am moving house soon, however, they eased my concerns and reassured me that everything should be fine. They also reassured me that we would be able to work something out in the event my parcel was delivered after my house move.

I ran into an issue on my side with the card boxes and they helped me figure it out and get the correct boxes ordered quickly. I will definitely be ordering again.
I chose to buy the 2D game box but the more I thought about it I really wanted to get the 3D one. I wasn’t out of time for pre-orders so I went to try and change it, but I couldn’t find a way to cancel it. I contacted creo for help and they did! Over a series of (very kind) emails they got the new box sent to me and the old one canceled, eve. Though by this time the pre-order period was up.
So yah I want to thank Eric from creo support for helping me.
Lastly I’d like to asure everyone that this is a truly awesome game. I know this because after days of effort managed to creat a cheep replica of the game using streams of it played as rule books. So yah me and my friends really enjoy playing it and I hope you will to when you get it in June.
(To be clear I’m still getting the game even though I’ve made a replica of it. Creo please don’t hunt me down LOL)
Had to change my shipping address, and the response and address change was within the first 24 hours! That’s a higher bar than most companies can boast.
Had to change my address and it wasn’t to much trouble it was a simple as putting my old new address. I would definitely be getting more stuff in the future!

Very good compagny, no problem with the previous delivery and the customer service was very fast to answer to my request to change my postal adress.
Really helpful customer service. They are really helpful for any inquiries and every time I have had questions they have been one of the quickest companies to respond to questions. They are very open about their product and everything I've gotten has been amazing.
The cards are so pretty, and so very fun to play with. The artists who made them did an absolutely amazing job. The cards themselves are great quality and don.t bend easily from casual handling or playing. The markers and whiteboard cards clean super nicely and the coin has a good weight for flipping.
The support team has also been incredibly helpful and very prompt. Ive had to get in touch with them a couple of times now and both times they were super accommodating and very very easy to talk to.

Nothing but praise for all the hard work that goes into products and everything around it, customer service is incredibly helpful and everyone goes above and beyond. Updates during production are awesome to read and really show the love and hard work that go into each product. Cannot recommend CREO enough!
When I ordered the Hermitcraft series 1 I did not know I would be moving before delivery, Jessica was great at getting the address changed and clarifying the new address.
When I ordered Hermitcraft series 2 I knew I would be in my new address but previously had issues with my mailbox and so my shop app used a different address. Eric was a great help, he confirmed that the shipping address was correct to my new address and not what had been listed on the shop app as the mailbox issue was fixed and I had forgotten to change it in the app.
Every Creo product I've recieved so far has been great quality and shipped when estimated. I highly recommend this company, the quality of their products, and the people working in their support.
The whole team & leadership at Creo have been excellent beyond belief. They should only continue to be successful!
