Worried that I might not receive my cards, I messaged customer support to request that my name be altered slightly to ensure they arrive. Not only were they willing to help, but they even found all of my orders for me without needing me to find and send all of my order numbers! 11/10 service!
Lovely creative card my son was after after missing one of the deliveries and getting intouch with customer service to rearrange was no issue such amazing customer service I don’t think I have ever dealt with such polite company before. Thank you so much an will definitely be ordering again x

I ordered a balanced game box and even though it got delayed, customer service was really nice and helped me track down my package. I got my cards and the art is absolutely beautiful! I love the quality of the cards and all the pieces. I am very excited to play this game! :D
From the box, to the display, even the pricing. I find everything fantastic. Sure, one can buy random printed cards for cent per deck, but these are collectables, not random products. When seen through that lense, the personally signed editions seem like a bargain!

Having bought some Hermitcraft Cards years ago and just refently pre-ordered some different ones, that I now decided didn't actually want anymore, since I stopped following the creator. All it took was a single email to CREO support and within 182 minutes, Revolut notified me of a pending refund. Wow, I've never had such a blazingly quick response. Even amazon refunds take longer, and they are usually seen as the "quickest and easiest".
The support even replied with a kind, clear, informational, human and downright enjoyable to read response. All in less than 4 hours!
Truly have never had such a pleasant support experience, I most definitely will be purchasing from them again, if the opportunity arises for me.

Placed an order for Christmas and didn't realize I wasn't getting updates. Reached out to customer service and there was a system error, and their support person (thanks David!) was ON IT. He watched our order every step of the way, half expected him to personally deliver it he was so attentive. My kid was super excited to get her card box set - excellent quality card stock, box, and materials, art work was cleanly printed, unique and interesting. Thanks for helping get a great present in her hands.

Love the cards I received. However, I also want to give a shout out to the customer service team. When there was an issue with my cards being shipped, they handled it quickly and professionally. They made sure I was awars of every step as they fixed the issue. 100% recommend them. They are fantastic.
At first, my order wasn't shipped out for quite a while, but after contacting support, it turned out there'd been a system error. The support was very dedicated in keeping me updated and informed me of every new change personally.
